Dealing with co worker in work place

A healthy competitive spirit anywhere brings more productivity. But unfortunately in the workplace, more employees are involved with same project. It leads sometimes into unhealthy competition . Some low skils people without improving their skills  

start to cover themselves.


They start an internal disturbance this leads to work disturbance,real talented people who work more on that project. Some times cant identify by Boss/ Team lead/employer 

 This is  happening in many companies 

          One has real skill if they would facing with colleagues, without leaving the company how to handle colleague, You need to bring this issue to your management 

There are three tips to overcome 

Calm your self :First try to understand the situation, is a  co-worker annoying ? when  it began ? recollect all the issues  once .be calm for a while and  not bother colleagues activities against you like one week to one month time  if possible. 

Study the colleague skills whether they need your help or without learning skill are they covering themselves to show off.


Check with a colleague: Because the situation is  continuing from a bit long time ,it is not required you to keep your stress about colleagues  inside of  you for a long time. Try to talk to concern person , convey  with them how you’re facing difficulties with  their  activities and how you’re getting disturbance at work.

Convey to Boss: Inform your boss about your  inconvenience with your colleague  at work. The Boss may take further steps to ensure you work smoothly  .It will help you to get on track as usual to work without any disturbance ,So it will lead to  increase quality and increase  productivity also . otherwise it will effect indirectly on firm also .

Every small or big firms  team need to work together with same tasks  .Some employees may be high skill and low skill but they have different tasks to work combindly ,so issues are  common ,Boss should solve very inconvinience efficiently and effectively otherwise work and output will get disturbed.  If any of the above is not working the employee may leave if the issue is not solved.
